Ubisoft has announced the price and release date for Anno 2070: Deep Ocean, the expansion to their futuristic economic sim Anno 2070. The expansion will be released on the 4th October for $29.99 USD.
Deep Ocean will introduce a new faction called “the Techs”, who were born from the new Genius population class and can build deep underwater in the ocean. The Techs can produce massive underwater production facilities including the Geothermal Power Plant. Players can also build Energy transmitters to allow for the transportation of energy between islands, as well as the Tech Monument together with new buildings and decorations to make cities even more beautiful.
Anno 2070: Deep Ocean includes more than 150 new and challenging quests, hostile natural disasters, and co-op features.
