Fable’s Peter Molyneux, Gears of War’s Cliff Bleszinski, DOOM’s John Romero and Civilization’s Sid Meier are tipped as known hosts. Supergiant Games’ Greg Kasavin will talk Bastion.
The four industry innovators are just some of the hosts for the new panel chaired by Director of the International Center for the History of Electronic Games, JP Dyson.
Meanwhile Greg Kasavin of developer Supergiant will be leading ‘Creating Atmosphere in Games’, where he’ll use their game Bastion to discuss ”cohesive and meaningful moment-to-moment experiences”. Bastion of course is the charming little one where everything we do gets narrated.
GDC 2012, the 26th show, will be held from March 5th until the end of the week on the 9th. It takes place in the Moscone Center in San Francisco with the Main Conference offering key disciplines to games development including Audio, Business, Marketing & Management, Game Design, Production, Programming, and Visual Arts.
