Ratings board PEGI has the release date for Square Enix’s Final Fantasy VII on PC marked for today, accompanied by an age rating of 12. The PC release is exclusive to the Square Enix Store.
However Square’s digital store just has ”coming soon” attached to the desktop re-release. Hopefully the issue of the release date will be cleared up shortly at this week’s Gamescom.
A little while ago fans in the US where able to buy and even download Final Fantasy VII for PC but it wouldn’t activate. This was because the game was released by mistake.
