Kerberos Productions has announced Sword of the Stars 2 is finally in the shape it should have been upon release.
The developer has thanked Paradox Interactive for its continued support and welcomed players back into the SotS2 world. A year after release, will users care?If you do, there’s plenty of updates scheduled. The first additions should start to roll out within the next three weeks.
Kerberos CEO and Creative Director Martin E. Cirulis had a message to potential players:
“We owe a great deal to the players who stuck it out through all the dozens of updates and fixes and kept reporting the bugs and posting their saves. Their input has made for a bigger and better SotS2 than could have been achieved at release even under the best of conditions.Everyone who enjoys playing this game from this date on, owes those impromptu testers a great deal of thanks.”
“And finally for those of you who are reading this now and booting up the game, we would like to thank you for your patience and welcome you back. There is a great game waiting for you now and a big universe waiting to be explored.”
Are you hopping back into the game, playing for the first time, or ignoring its sudden improvement?
