Electronic Arts has announced that the reboot of the popular street football game, FIFA Street, will be hitting retail on the 13th March for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
The publisher also revealed one of the new features in the series, the Street Network, which allows players to record clips of gameplay then share them with friends in-game. The feature also tracks friends performances as well.
According to producer Sid Misra, ”Street soccer is all about the one-on-one battle, when you pull off a trick to roast your opponent. The Street Network brings that real-world swagger into the game by enabling players to capture video of those moments and share them with everyone in their street network to see, and providing friends with a way to compare each other throughout the game.”
FIFA Street is the first game in the series since FIFA Street 3 was released to poor reviews in 2008.
