Rockstar has announced that the Painful Memories DLC pack will be available on the 4th December 2012 for Max Payne 3, on all three platforms: PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Painful Memories will run 800 Microsoft Points ($9.99 USD.)
The DLC adds four new maps and the IMG 5.56 and UAR-21 assault rifles. The maps will include the classic Roscoe Street Subway station from the first Max Payne, which was also the very first level. The assault rifles handicap enemies on respawn, giving them blurred vision and reduced stamina and health.
The next DLC, “Deathmatch Made in Heaven” will add co-op content. Stay tuned.
