Team 17 has announced that the HD remake of the classic Amiga top-down shooter Alien Breed will be landing on PlayStation Network on the 6th February for Euro PSN, and the 12th February for US PSN. The game will cost £6.49/€7.99/$9.99, with a 20% launch discount available for PlayStation Plus members.
According to the press release, ”Alien Breed features a total of 30 levels, which includes 6 original Alien Breed (1991) levels, 12 Alien Breed Special Edition (1992) levels and three entirely new level packs: Convergence, Valiance and Synergy.” The game features both online and local co-op.
PS3 owners will be able to enjoy cross-platform play with the PlayStation Vita as well.
