For gamers who never played Blackthorne, the game revolves around Kyle Blackthorne, son of the King Vlaros on the planet Tuul, who must deal with the monstrous Ka’dra’suul who wish to enslave the people of his land, Androth.
Basically the game is Contra with RPG elements to it. As with all Blizzard games that would follow, Blackthorne is highly cinematic, as seen in the gameplay video below.
To get the game, players must visit their Account Management page on Battle.net and download the title from the Game Clients screen.
