Image & Form has announced that their smash hit Nintendo 3DS Old West-themed Metroidvania-style game SteamWorld Dig is coming to Steam on the 5th December 2013.
Players take on the role of an old mining bot Rusty, as he delves deep underground where he meets “remnants of Human civilization, a degenerate race of drunken, dynamite-wielding troglodytes,” as levels are randomized for extended gameplay.
The developer released a glimpse of gameplay in the PC version which will feature ”beautiful, high-res graphics with dynamic lights and multiple parallaxed background layers.”
