Edge of Space is an open-world, dynamically generated sandbox survival-adventure game that is currently available for £7.99 on Steam Early Access, and is being developed by a small indie team called Handyman Studios.
The latest content update for the game adds a multiplayer mode, which allows players to team up online to explore, gather resources, share materials, build and modify the base operations, and band together to take on a horde of space creatures.
There’s also a new Training Mode that acts as an optional tutorial to explain the fundamentals of the game, as well as detailing some of the newly added mechanics. Dynamic game events are also a new addition, where players must deal with alien swarm invasions on bases and boss encounter challenges that requires both quick decision-making and precise gameplay skills.
