The first gameplay video for American football/fantasy wargame hybrid Blood Bowl 2 has been released, featuring highlights of a match between the humans of the Reikland Reavers and the orcs of Gouged Eye.
Cyanide Studios’ sequel to their 2009 hit Blood Bowl looks to add a host of improvements and graphical updates to the series, including a narrative solo campaign following the Reikland Reavers’ (seen in the trailer) path from non-league obscurity to championship contenders. That’s famous ogre and vampire commentary team Jim Johnson and Bob Bifford you can hear, by the way.
We took a look at Blood Bowl 2 earlier this year, and it looks like Cyanide are taking fan feedback on board in their desire to improve the series. Still no release date, but the developers are promising further information in the coming months.
