The snappily named Assassin’s Creed: Birth of a New World – The American Saga Collection is, slightly oddly, only getting a PC release in Europe and not in North America.
Ubisoft confirmed the news to Gamespot, but didn’t give a reason for the decision. Bit weird. I mean, the thing is called The AMERICAN Saga Collection, after all.
As we reported last week, the compilation bundles up Assassin’s Creed 3, Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag and Assassin’s Creed: Liberation HD. It’s the third retail product in the Assassin’s Creed franchise set to be released in 2014, with Assassin’s Creed: Rogue and Assassin’s Creed Unity both coming in November. Ubisoft’s bid for world domination continues apace.
Look for Assassin’s Creed: Birth of a New World – The American Saga Collection in Europe this October 3, and in North America on October 28 (but not on PC, remember?).
