Square Enix has today launched the once mobile-exclusive Deus Ex: The Fall for PC, which was collaboration between Deus Ex: Human Revolution’s Eidos Montreal and N-Fusion. It’s £7.99 / €9.99 / $9.99.
The Fall is set in 2027 and we play as Ben Saxon, a former British SAS Mercenary betrayer by his employers. He wants to uncover the drug conspiracy behind human augmentation.
The PC version has undergone a significant rewrite with Steam achievements, trading cards, adjusted AI, full keyboard and mouse support, as well as controllers.
The game’s tutorial has been revised and auto-target options have been removed. The aiming reticule has been tweaked and all in-game economics are rebalanced following the removal of micro-transactions. The cover option is now in line with Human Revolution, with plenty of PC specific graphics settings like anti-aliasing and V-Sync.
Deus Ex: The Fall is available now on PC via Steam.
