An ultimate retail edition of Ironclad Games’ space RTS Sins of a Solar Empire is now available. Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion - New Frontiers Edition pack together the core game and its Forbidden Worlds DLC expansion.
Forbidden Worlds was released last month, and added a bunch of new planet types, technologies and bonuses. It was the first DLC in the Sins series’ history.
It might seem a bit odd for the developers to release an ultimate edition with just one extra content pack, but it’s physical retail only, so I guess it’s aimed at people who don’t usually buy DLC from digital services like Steam.
You also get a “fully illustrated map”, a double-sided poster and a digital soundtrack. You can grab the New Frontiers edition right now from retail stores for £19.99.
