Telltale Games’ highly anticipated adventure series Game of Thrones is on the way next week, the developer has confirmed. Talk about short notice.
First episode Iron From Ice will drop on December 2 for PC and consoles, and becomes the second debut serial released by Telltale this Winter, following on from Tales from the Borderlands.
Players will control five members of House Forrester in Game of Thrones, exploring all-new areas of George R. R Martin’s fantasy universe and mixing with several famous characters from the hit TV show, voiced by their real-life actors. My advice is not to get on Cersei’s bad side. Or Ramsay Snow’s. Or anyone’s really, keep a low profile if you can help it.
Game of Thrones will be comprised of six episodes, one more than your typical Telltale run. Several characters from the game have been revealed, but it’s not clear exactly which ones we’ll be controlling just yet.
