Soviet and German High Commands are ready to face off in the Battle of Kursk in the first expansion for Battle Academy 2, announced by Slitherine. Players can ”relive the key moments” of this pivotal clash in WW2 history.
New units across two campaigns feature in Battle of Kursk, with a carry-over system so we can keep units for the next scenario providing they didn’t get too brave on the front-line. It’s out March 26th.
”The Wehrmacht wants to retake the initiative on a front that tends to bog down due to the fierce resistance of the Red Army. The two armies, resupplied and rearmed, are now ready in the neighborhood of Kursk for one of the largest armored clashes in history!”
