P.T inspired horror game Allison Road is heading to Kickstarter, which is good news for those of you who enjoy being terrified to within an inch of their lives. Seriously, it looks incredibly traumatic.
It’s also possibly the closest we will ever get to experiencing Hideo Kojima’s cancelled Silent Hills project.
The game takes place in an abandoned British house that is, of course, being haunted by a malevolent spirit with a penchant for jumping out at people. It’s a balance between those jump scares and tense, stressful exploration that the game will be looking to find. P.T got that spot on, for the most part, so it’s got some work to do.
Judging by the game’s website, the focus will be on a PC release, which is currently planned for the third quarter of 2016. Whether that will change when the developers get millions of dollars thrown at them via Kickstarter remains to be seen. Check out some Alpha footage below.
