Microsoft’s Phil Spencer is urging PC gamers to have patience with the Windows 10 versions of Gears of War: Ultimate Edition and Killer Instinct, as they will be coming in 2016, though Spencer is vague about when.
Spencer, who heads Microsoft’s gaming vision, replied on Twitter to a question from a fan about both games:
@therealdealadam @brycethatoneguy Haven't announced dates yet but won't be too far into 2016.

This isn’t the first time fans have asked to be patient about when Gears of War: Ultimate Edition would be coming out. Roughly a month ago, Epic Games’ community manager stated that the studio was taking its time with the PC version, which would be capable of 4K with 60fps on a decent enough PC.
Both games are just the tip of the iceberg if they are successful enough. Microsoft has not ruled out the adaptation of other Xbox One games to Windows 10, including Crackdown 3, Scalebound, and Quantum Break.
