We're not sure why Paypal are the ones to break the news, but it's always nice to be given a little heads-up. Wallet rape isn't a crime, but it's certainly good to give consent on the matter. Free up your 6pm GMT timeslot for December 22, check your back balance and throw some dough into your Paypal account; because we can imagine that's why they're share the good news. Expect a good 10-14 days of solid savings and a boat-load of other marketplaces to follow suite.
