Update from 2K Games: “We have nothing to announce at the moment.”
Original Story: According to a listing on the Brazilian classifications board, 2K Games are working on BioShock: The Collection for PC, PS4, PS3, Xbox One and Xbox 360.
BioShock: The Collection doesn’t have a release date yet, it hasn’t been officially confirmed, and we still don’t know what it will include. Of course it’s likely to contain the original BioShock, BioShock 2, and BioShock Infinite, but will these be standard releases or will it be an enhanced version for current-gen consoles and PC?
Unfortunately at the moment we’re still in the dark, but hopefully we’ll learn more soon. We’ve sent a message over to a 2K representative to see if they’ll say anything, so we’ll keep you updated if we hear anything from them.
We can’t give much praise to Bioshock 2, but the original BioShock and BioShock Infinite were almost flawless games that are well worth your time. An enhanced edition would be very welcome.
