Are you sick of the political campaigns going on in your country? What a silly question, of course you are. Squeaky Wheel Studio have announced the development of their latest game – Political Animals. Political Animals isn’t your ordinary election simulator, oh no, in this election simulator you get to play as cute animals. Why would you want to play as the likes of Donald Trump, Nigel Farage or David Cameron when you could campaign as Mousey, Goaty or Piggy?
Political Animals allows you to choose from four cute animals: a mouse, goat, pig and crocodile. There are four maps for you to test your political might on, each with their own distinct animal societies for you to win over. Will you choose to help the world or will you create an Orwellian dystopia? That’s a choice only you can make.
Squeaky Wheel Studio are based in the Phillipines. While their history may not be very long, the developers have some fantastic staff members who have been a part of many great games. The studio was co-founded by Ryan Sumo (involved with Space Chems and Prison Architect), not to mention Marnielle Estrada and Tristan Angeles. You can trust Squeaky Wheel Studio to create a decent PC strategy game.
Political Animals is scheduled for release in Autumn 2016 for PC.
