PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds has finally revealed more details on their new Desert Map coming this month, included a full map, location details, screenshots, and most importantly the name - Miramar. We've got all the details just revealed below.

Bluehole showed all this off on Steam and gave the Desert Map its official name of Miramar today. Here's the full map:
Bluehole tantalizingly call the map "harsh and unforgiving" and note that it's a place "where the old strategies may no longer work". Excellent news for anyone even remotely getting tired of PUBG. They've got some details for the locations on that picture too:

Bluehole also note that Miramar will be playable before PUBG comes out of Early Access and hits 1.0, so it must be coming very soon. Considering PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds is the most-played game on Steam by a huge margin of around 2 million players (its nearest competitor is DOTA2 with around 500,000 concurrent players), a new map will only increase its staggering popularity. We look forward to playing it.
