For a group that were solely known for the Atelier series just a few years ago, GUST actually have two new games arriving a month apart. With KOEI TECMO constantly dishing out info on Blue Reflection, it's about time we got some more about Nights of Azure 2.
Nights of Azure: Bride of the New Moon is scheduled to release October 27, whereas Blue Reflection is aiming for the end of this month. A sequel to their darker-toned action-RPG, Nights of Azure 2 mostly speaks for itself.
Despite that, KOEI TECMO feel the need to re-introduce a key system of the original game - Servans. And you've likely gathered by the name, these are things that do your bidding. Demons, to be exact.

Cut Down Your Foes With More Finesse In This New Nights Of Azure 2 Gameplay Trailer
Just like the first game, you'll be fighting hundreds of monsters on your demon-slaying travels, but some will be more interested in partnering up for the time being. Though usually split into numerous catagories, it's the Striker class Servans being focused on for now. Now transforming to become temporary weapon equips for Aluche, they'll add new skills to her moveset when activated. Much like last time, however, a varied party of Servans is key, as their plethora of Special Skills can easily turn the tide of battle in a pinch.
We found that it wasn't really necessary to mess around with Servans too much in the original game, so here's hoping they're a little more fleshed out and balanced this time around. To learn more about the story, there's a new trailer just below.
