Agents of Mayhem is the new third-person open-world action title from Saints Row and Red Faction creator Volition, and it's out today! Best described as Overwatch or Fortnite if you could go off the rails and out of the arena, except even more insane. Out today, Agents of Mayhem is the latest game in the Saints Row universe, and is a third-person action game, but is not a Saints Row game. If anything, it's even more crazy (if that's possible). You're part of an epic spy organization fighting against an evil group called Legion. Yes, Agents of Mayhem is totally GI Joe. Or Mask. Or any other cartoon from the '80s/'90s with a good organization going against an evil one with a silly acronym for a name.
You play as one of the Super Agents, each with their own look, personality and skills, exploring the city of Seoul and rooting out LEGION operatives, mad scientists and villains. Oh, and what's the name of the good organization that you work for, the one giving full license to do whatever the hell you want as long as you get the job done? MAYHEM. Yes, hence the title. The game looks incredibly fun, so we'll see later on today if that's true. Throwing Johnny Gat in will help a lot.
