Hearthstone's newest expansion arrives next Friday, December 8th, 2017, and adds free single-player content alongside 135 new cards.
Kobolds and Catacombs also adds new card mechanics in the form of Recruits and Spellstones which allow you to draw a minion from the deck and increase your spell power, respectively.
The expansion all adds Unidentified items with semi-random properties and effects, and the game's first legendary weapons.
Players who log in next Friday onwards will receive one of those new legendary weapons and three card packs for free. Playing Dungeon Run will also net you three more packs.
