Shortly after the recent Playerunknown's Battlegrounds Patch, people have been having issues with a white/blank screen when trying to play PUBG on both PC's and consoles. The issue started after the 1.0 update, but it seems there are a couple of ways to fix it.
Xbox One
Reset the Xbox by holding down the power button and waiting till the console shutdowns and reboots.
PC
After the recent update, if your game is stuck on a blank loading screen, please do the following to resolve the problem.
PUBG Steam White Screen Fixes
1. Disable "Reshade clock" and "FPS counter" if you have them active. Restart game.
2. If that doesn't work, delete everything in the game folder except for the "BattleEye" folder and the "TslGame" and "TslGame_BE" files. Verify game integrity.
1. Close your game.
2. Navigate to C:\Users\{UserID}\AppData\Local\TslGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\
3. Delete the GameUserSettings.ini file
4. Verify your game files with Steam
5. Restart your game
Don't forget to put your user ID instead of {UserID} in the path above!
