So soon after the recent collapse of LawBreakers, Cliffy B and Boss Key Productions have now revealed their next title - and it's a free Battle Royale game with an 80s vibe.
Radical Heights is modelled like an 80s game show, where getting cash is as important as staying alive. But with the dominance of Fortnite, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds and all the other Battle Royale titles releasing daily, does it have a shot?

Radical Heights has just popped on Steam now, and will be entering Early Access on April 10. Vehicles are available from BMX bikes to golf carts, there are games to play around the map to win items, and Cash can be deposited and carried over outside the map whether you die or not.
Boss Key says about the Early Access release of the game:
"Early Access is an incredible opportunity for us to get the core foundation of the game into players’ hands and start building a community almost immediately. At Boss Key, we have some really unique twists we want to put in the Battle Royale genre, and launching into Early Access allows for us to share those high level ideas with our community quickly. We want to work with our fans to build Radical Heights into the ridiculous sandbox of fun we want it to be. It's all about community engagement, and once we launch, this game is no longer our game, but our community's game, and we are ready to mold it together."
Radical Heights will be available on April 10 for free, although presumably will contain microtransactions. It seems to be a combination of Fortnite and Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon, something we approve of - although whether it'll have a shot against the big names of the Battle Royale genre at this point is hard to say.
