Focus Interactive have a revealed a new trailer for The Council, their choose-your-own-adventure game that attempts to out-do the current masters at Telltale Games.
The video focuses on the accolades the game has received so far - and yes, our 8/10 score for the first episode is there.

It seems a lot of reviewers were just as happy with the first episode of The Council, 'The Mad Ones', as we were. We said:
"The Council, just going by the first episode, is a very good attempt to evolve the choose-your-own adventure game style, going far beyond what Telltale have attempted. The story so far is intriguing, and all the characters not only have distinct wants and needs but Big Bad Wolf have actually made their distinct personalities a key part of gameplay, which is very clever. Choices all seem to matter, and the introduction of RPG-like elements such as Classes and improving abilities add a lot to the replay value and enjoyment... We’re already looking forward to Episode 2."
Episode 1 of The Council is out now, and while we're not sure when Episode 2 will drop Focus have promised that all remaining 4 episodes will land in 2018.
