As 7 Days to Die steadily marches on through early access, the players who have stuck with it since its 2013 debut want to know what the Alpha 22 release date might be.
7 Days to Die’s Alpha 22 release date is set to bring new content and improvements to the title, putting an end to the lengthy pause in between major content updates. While its dedicated community is used by now to developer The Fun Pimps taking its time with delivering new updates, it’s easy to understand the excitement surrounding new tools for survival and an overall more polished experience.

7 Days to Die Alpha 22 does not yet have a release date that’s set in stone. We do, however, know that it is expected to arrive at the same time as the game’s console versions go live.
Given how, at the time of writing, we only have 2 months left of 2023, it is possible that we won’t get our hands on the latest update until next year.

In the past, major updates were released roughly once per year. Even so, it’s difficult to predict exactly when 7 Days to Die’s Alpha 22 will become available without official word from the developer.
A console demo was shown during October’s TwitchCon, so work is certainly progressing.
7 Days to Die’s Alpha 22 is slated to introduce new gore effects, armor pieces, alongside other goodies and improvements, making surviving its world a bit more interesting than it currently is.
