World War 3's developers, The Farm 51, who you might be familiar with if you've ever played one of the legendary Painkiller titles, have revealed their plans for the massive first-person shooter they're currently developing.
The World War 3 Development Roadmap showcases what sort of content players can expect to gain access to over the coming months, and it includes new weapons, new vehicles, maps, features, and lots more.
With the recent release of World War 3 Update 0.2, The Farm 51 added Team Deathmatch, the brand-new World War 3 map Warsaw Shopping Mall, a new infantry combat vehicle, the high-end MSBS bullpup rifle, plenty of new cosmetics, and audio and animation improvements.
With Update 0.3, developers intend to give World War 3 a wide-sweeping balance pass, a new map, vehicle, and the SCAR-H, as well as the USMC faction. Similarly, Updates 0.4 and 0.5 will add plenty of more firearms, more factions, more cosmetics, and general improvements galore.
In the future, however, we can expect a new and vastly-improved movement system, and community tools to engage the game with, alongside the less arcane additions of weapons, maps, game modes, cosmetics, armies, and such.
