Sea of Takaro is another one of Anthem’s Cataclysm events, and it’s one of the more complex ones due to its team-oriented mechanics. Communication isn’t necessarily a must, but it definitely is welcome.
The catch with Sea of Takaro is that it is entirely possible to finish this event solo if you make good use of weights that are strewn across the arena. Since the event focuses on holding down pressure plates, heavy weights are almost as big of a help as other players. It won’t be as fast though.

This is all speaking comparatively, of course - none of the Cataclysm events are all that difficult to figure out, not even Britaheim or Castle Klerik - but if you’ve got more people doing the event, you will have to coordinate them all.

To summon Valkyrie Takaro, collect the Echoes again after the event is over, and deliver them to the designated location. Prepare for a tough fight, however.
