Back 4 Blood’s October 11 hotfix is now live, its patch notes revealing a smaller number of fixes that improve performance and remove some of the lag encountered by players.
The October 11 hotfix removes the lag that PC players could encounter when inputting text, which should make for a smoother time mowing down Back 4 Blood’s countless zombies.
Performance should also be better if you’re on PC, and you can check out all the changes introduced to Back 4 Blood in its October 11 hotfix in the full patch notes below, as shared by the developer:
Xbox One, One X, Series X, Series S
- Resolved a high frequency crash
PC - Windows, Steam, EGS
- Resolved lag and possible crashes caused by text entry on PC platforms
- (Windows Only) Addressed a performance issue encountered by some users
- (Steam Only) Dialogue Language can now be set to any non-English supported language
The October 11 hotfix is a smaller update that irons out a few of the last kinks, likely pointed out by owners of the game’s Ultimate Edition during the early access period which began last week.
Back 4 Blood’s global launch is slated for today, October 12, when the zombie shooter lands on PC, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS5, and PS4.
