Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night has no shortage of memorable maps, with Den of Behemoths at the forefront. Such an erratic selection of levels and biomes calls of tactics and strategy, and we're here to help.
Den of Behemoths in Bloodstained has got a particular gimmick, in that it sets Miriam up with a situation where virtually everything around her is massively oversized and fit for giants. Here, you'll learn how to prepare and get through this particular area.
Bloodstained Den of Behemoths Guide
First thing to keep in mind is that Den of Behemoths has only a single save room. The area will send you on a wild chase in a circular pattern that's neither whimsical nor easy: you will encounter Abyssal Guardians, Giant Bats, Giant Toads, Silver Wolfmen, and other similar enemies, as well as a bunch of chests strewn about. The boss you'll have to beat here is Valefar, who you might remember from Curse of the Moon.
One important fact about Valefar is that its HP depends entirely on the amount of gold it steals after knocking you down at the start of the fight, so don't take too much money to this fight!
Another thing of particular note is that you'll get to race a ninja around one particular room in Den of Behemoths, which will net you the Accelerator Shard - extremely useful for moving around during exploration and combat.
