Bloodstained Ritual of the Night will, at one point, task you with getting through a Hidden Desert biome that's part of the game's humongous enchanted castle. This is one of the more challenging areas of the game, but here we'll tell you what to expect and how to prepare.
Of course, Bloodstained Hidden Desert also comes with a special boss encounter that will push you to your limits. No one said the game would be easy!
Bloodstained Hidden Desert Guide
While we had all expected for Bloodstained Ritual of the Night and its companion piece, Bloodstained Curse of the Moon to take us across a wide variety of fascinating biomes and environments, we've got to admit an actual Hidden Desert wasn't one of them.
During your travels in Ritual of the Night, you will find your way to this hidden desert soon after unlocking the ability to swim and dive, and when you're there, you're going to be faced with a whole slew of different demons. Expect Poison Toads, Amies, Allocera, and at least one Vul'sha, all of which are going to pose a challenge for players who aren't adequately equipped to handle these threats.
The resident boss battle is with that of Alfred, who isn't, in fact, an optional encounter. Alfred is weak to Poison, Slash, Strike, and Thrust, and will award you with the Deep Sinker Skill Shard after you take him down. Happy hunting!
