Call of Cthulhu is out now, and while it has its issues it's still a worthy adventure, with some thrilling moments. Later on in the game, in one of those moments, you'll need to heal gangster Cat with the Call of Cthulhu First Aid Kit. But where is it?
Cat's one of the more interesting characters in the game, so you'll need to find the First Aid Kit to heal her. So let us show you how to heal Cat in Call of Cthulhu SPOILERS FOR LATER IN THE GAME FOLLOW!
How to Heal Cat and Find the Call of Cthulhu First Aid Kit
In Chapter 12 of Call of Cthulhu, the same time when you get a gun for the first time in the game and the locals turn nasty, you can find a severely injured Cat in the office to the left - the same place where you talked to Fitzroy when you arrived on Darkwater Island.
She's just upstairs, but she's bleeding rather heavily. She says she needs a first aid kit. Surely there must be one nearby, like somewhere in the office or the bar downstairs? Nope, so where is the first aid kit?
Head across the way, towards the entrance to the Hawkins warehouse. You'll meet one of Cat's workers, who's also severely injured, and he says he was heading to the warehouse because there's a first aid kit in there. Watch out though, because there's a crazed local inside.
If you haven't used all your bullets you can shoot the local, otherwise just avoid him and pick up the medical kit on the right just as you enter the warehouse. Head back out.
Now, depending on how you've played the game up until this point, you may have a choice about who to heal. Cat should be available to everyone, but you may also have the choice of Roy Mitchell. Or you could save neither of them. If you go with Cat though, head back to the office and give it to her - just watch out for the extra locals on patrol. She'll then tell you where to find the whaling station, so it was worthwhile we guess. Congratulations, you've saved the vicious gangster!
