Besides sniping people from a mile away, one of the most satisfying feelings when playing Apex Legends is popping off with a skin that makes other people jealous. Fortunately, Caustic mains have been blessed with some good news because this Controller Legend is about to receive a jaw-dropping Prestige skin like no other.
The skin is part of the Veiled Collection Event. From how it looks and its iconic finisher, it will surely be a hit with Apex Legends fans. Here’s everything you need to know about the Caustic Prestige Skin release date and more.
Apex Legends Caustic Prestige Skin Release Date Leaked
Thanks to SenosApex, a well-known Apex Legends content creator and leaker on Twitter, the release date for the Caustic Prestige Skin has been revealed. Based on the tweet, players can expect the skin to be available from April 18th to May 2nd, 2023. Other than the Caustic skin, the leak shows legendary and epic skins for other heroes as well.
The Caustic Prestige Skin is a three-tier skin that offers a variety of different looks, as shown in KralRindo’s tweet. The first tier is the basic version of the skin, while the second and third tiers feature more detailed armor and vibrant colors. The best part of the skin, however, is the finisher. The finisher shows Caustic vomiting his toxic gas on unfortunate players, making it a truly unique and interesting skin.
As with other Prestige Skins and Heirlooms, players can buy 24 cosmetics from the collection event, including the new mythic-level skin. Generally, this would cost around $180, but if you have Apex coins or crafting metals saved up, you can buy them for a reduced price.
Those excited to equip this skin must complete various challenges to unlock each tier. These challenges usually require players to deal a hefty amount of damage while wearing the skin. While that might sound quite challenging, they are available for unlimited time, meaning players can complete them whenever they’re available.
