Publisher and developer Behaviour Interactive today announced that Dead by Daylight’s Leatherface has received his first cosmetic item in the shape of the Old Lady Outfit.
Originally introduced in the 1974 horror movie The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, Leatherface made his way into Dead by Daylight in 2017 as The Cannibal, one of the game’s many Killers.
The Old Lady Outfit, which should be familiar to fans of the movie, is part of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre Collection and available in the in-game store for 1080 Auric Cells.

According to the developer, “this outfit reflects Leatherface’s homemaker persona, the internalized image of wholesomeness, twisted by generations of torture”.
Leatherface’s Old Lady Outfit is made up of the Lady of Leather head, the Homemaker’s Apron, and the Dinner Smasher. The latter is described as “a blunt chunk of wood for when your next meal tries to run away.”
In other Dead by Daylight news, the asymmetrical multiplayer horror game is on track to receive a new Killer and Survivor as part of Chapter 18: A Binding of Kin, alongside visual updates for its Ormond and Autohaven maps.
