Asymmetrical multiplayer horror title Dead by Daylight has expanded its roster quite significantly since launch, going as far as adding a handful of iconic horror movie figures as playable Killers.
Although it’s gathered quite a few recognizable names, Developer Behaviour Interactive today revealed that it would like to see the characters of Pennywise and Jason joining the Dead by Daylight roster.

“There are only a few legends of horror that have not yet joined the ranks of our chapters. The list is getting short. Obviously, Pennywise and Jason have a standing invitation.”, the developer said in a Reddit AMA.
Should they become part of Dead by Daylight’s roster of Killers, Pennywise and Jason would join the likes of Michael Myers (Halloween), Freddy Krueger (A Nightmare on Elm Street), Ghostface (Scream) and the Demogorgon (Stranger Things).
The mask-wearing Jason Voorhees became a staple name in horror thanks to the Friday the 13th series of movies. Pennywise the Dancing Clown’s name became known thanks to Stephen King’s novel It and its adaptations, the most recent of which (It Chapter Two) was released this year.
Dead by Daylight is out now on PC, Xbox One, PS4 and Nintendo Switch.
