Deep Rock Galactic’s Yuletide 2022 event is now underway, bringing with it new cosmetic items and more. Between its start and end dates, players can partake in the usual killing of bugs and mining of minerals in order to unlock a handful of fresh rewards.

To unlock the outfits for each class, a new pickaxe, and visual theme for friendly drone pal Bosco, you’ll need to complete the Yuletide Elf Hunt assignment
You’ll only have access to it for a limited amount of time, but Deep Rock Galactic’s Yuletide 2022 event start and end dates happen to be fairly generous, giving us three weeks to nab all of its rewards.
Having kicked off on December 15, 2022, the event is slated to last until January 5, 2023.

A separate Yearly Performance Bonus assignment grants the Reindeer Games hat alongside Matrix Cores, a hefty sum of credits, and other goodies when completed.
Hats from the event’s previous iterations will also be added to your wardrobe and ready to give your dwarves an extra dash of style.
Deep Rock Galactic’s Yuletide 2022 even is also a good time to progress through Season 3’s battle pass at a quicker pace.
Finding and recovering lost Yuletide Elves as you brave the planet’s many caves yields double seasonal XP.
Finally, and likely the thing you’ll notice first, the Space Rig that acts as your hub area has some new, festive decorations lying around.
It will also treat you to Christmasy music while you enjoy a cold one with your party before heading into the planet’s depths to stare death in the eye.
