Diablo 4 revolves around the never-ending grind for better items. If your current character could use some extra survivability, you may want to know how to get Temerity and how the modifiers of these unique pants can help you stay alive for longer.
Diablo 4’s Temerity certainly has a cool name and looks the part, but there’s more to the unique pants than just these two things. Its modifiers also make it a rather useful item to have for specific builds, and you can equip it regardless of which class you’re rolling at the moment.

As in the case of the The Grandfather, there doesn’t seem to be a way that allows you to specifically target farm the unique pants.
The item will also not drop before you reach endgame, since uniques only have a chance to be rewarded when playing on World Tier 3 or 4.
This means that you’ll have to rely on Diablo 4’s randomized loot system if you’re looking to add the Temerity unique pants to your ever-growing arsenal.
Slaying demons across the game’s multiple activities, opening chests, or breaking containers is the way to go. You can further increase your chances by using Obols to gamble for Pants.
The Tree of Whispers and Helltide also allow you to opt for specific types of items as rewards.
In terms of important modifiers, Diablo 4’s Temerity makes it so that effects which heal you beyond your maximum amount of life, also grant a temporary barrier, that helps you shrug off more incoming damage.
