Sci-fi shooter Disintegration is hosting a free weekend starting on Thursday, during which it will make both its singleplayer campaign and three multiplayer modes available to anyone willing to try them.
The Disintegration free weekend will take place across all three platforms that the game has launched on – PC, Xbox One and PS4.
Players hopping into the Disintegration free weekend will get to try the game’s latest improvements which include faster and more responsive Gravcycles, more readable UI and VFX, improved multiplayer matchmaking and party management alongside other changes.

Here’s when you can pilot gravcycles and order squads of soldiers around as part of Disintegration’s upcoming free weekend:
PC/Steam
- Start Time: July 30, 2020 - 10 AM PT/6 PM BST
- End Time: August 3, 2020 - 10 AM PT/6 PM BST
Xbox One (Xbox Gold)
- Start Time: July 30, 2020 - 12 AM PT/8 PM BST
- End Time: August 2, 2020 - 11:59 PM PT/August 3, 7:59 AM BST
PlayStation 4 (PlayStation Plus)
- Start Time: July 30, 2020 - 9 AM PT/5 PM BST
- End Time: August 3, 2020 - 9 AM PT/5 PM BST
Disintegration will also be discounted by 40% during the free weekend. Progress made during the event will transfer to the full version of the game for anyone who decides to pick it up.
Released back in June, Disintegration’s promising mixture of first-person shooter and squad tactics didn’t manage to attract too much attention on PC, barely reaching an all-time peak of 120 players, with just 10 active in the past 24 hours, according to Steam Charts.
Perhaps a free weekend is just what V1 Interactive’s debut title needs to will draw more eyes towards it.
