Endless Space 2 is as content-rich of a game as they get, but Amplitude don't seem to be quite happy with it just yet, seeing as how they keep releasing truly impressive amounts of content both free and paid.
Their latest surprise update for Endless Space 2, titled Renegade Fleets, adds numerous new fleet and vessel customisations to your game free of charge, as well as marking the release of some additional content for Endless Space 2 in view of a new comic and a making-of video.
Renegade Fleets introduces six brand new fleet skins, the long-awaited Hissho comic, AI modding (for the creatives among us), and a new Quality Time with Jeff video, which - appropriately - focuses on the art of Endless Space 2.
Of course, these fleet customisations are basically little more than fluff on top of the game's rather substantial gameplay components, but they're definitely a welcome addition, especially considering the fact that they are completely free.
