Kanawha Nuka Cola Plant: - one Quantum can be found near the back of the factory floor, behind a level 1 locked door
Mount Blair: - search the cafeteria area
Whitespring Resort #1: - go upstairs and visit Bubbles, who's gonna be selling a Quantum
Whitespring Resort #2: - go to the western entrance, look for a balcony with two skeletons having a picnic
Black Mountain Ordnance Works: - search the TNT Dome 3
You can also search through Green Country Lodge, Hornwright Summer Villa, Camden Park, and Garrahan Estate for a chance to find more Nuka Cola Quantum. Other than that, the lovingly irradiated drink will also be spawning out and about randomly, so be sure to keep an eye out for blue glow.
