We may have the chance to play the next Halo Reach PC beta this week, if everything goes to 343 Industries’ plans. Just this weekend, the developer announced some information about the next PC flight, and the goal is to have it running as soon as possible.
According to 343, this PC flight will feature the most Halo Reach content to date, and will even have a bunch of singleplayer stuff for players to try out. While the specifics aren’t set in stone just yet, devs did have people working on it over the weekend.
Halo Reach PC Flight Content

We’ve already got a pretty detailed list of what’s coming with (potentially) this week’s PC flight beta. Players should expect to play the Noble Actual and Winter Contingency Campaign missions, as well as a wide variety of multiplayer levels.
“This flight includes two campaign missions, multiple offerings for social and ranked matchmaking, custom games, and Firefight matchmaking,” said 343. ” All types of content will be available over the course of the flight – which we anticipate will last a week – but select offerings for Multiplayer and Firefight matchmaking may change.”
On that note, developers also invited potential beta testers to verify and update their data on the official Halo: MCC website. Flight players ought to upload their latest DXDIAG data to their Halo Insider profile, so that the beta provides 343 with the correct set of information. Email verification is also important, so if you’re interested in joining the next flight, be sure to check that out.
“As we get closer to the flight’s target date, more information will be shared out in terms of days it will span, what offerings will be present on what days, and all the additional details we know you want,” announced 343. Stay tuned for more.
