Strange Brigade is getting lots and lots of additional post-launch content</a>, in case you didn't know, and the majority of it isn't even pay-to-play. Instead, the developer is releasing new game modes and maps at no charge whatsoever.
This weird cooperative third-person shooter is an amalgamation of narrative-heavy AAA experiences and arcade high-score-chasing shooters of yore, and the latest free DLC includes two new Score Attack maps, and a Horde Mode level.
Installing the latest update for Strange Brigade will, then, net you the Towering Temple II and Cursed Village II for Score Attack play, while you'll also be able to enjoy fighting off basically an infinite number of mummies in Tunnels II Horde Mode level.
Naturally, the update also includes various bug fixes, core game improvements, and lots more, so there's plenty to be excited about if you enjoy Strange Brigade, no matter how you look at it. Granted, getting the Season Pass will net you even more content on a monthly basis, but that's to be expected anyway.
Strange Brigade is now available off of Steam at €49,99, and if our review is anything to go by, you definitely want to give the thing a whirl or two, especially with plenty more free content on the way.
