15th Century Bohemia beckons, as Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2’s launch swiftly approaches, and if you plan on seeing what developer Warhorse Studios has in store for Henry of Skalitz next, you might want to know whether or not the sequel will release on PS4 and Xbox One.
The two trusty last-gen consoles have steadily been phased out by most game developers, who now choose to focus on the latest versions, but support for their older iterations would make a subset of fans quite happy, even if it comes at the cost of some visual fidelity.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 PS4 and Xbox One Release
If you count among those still holding out hope, we have bad news for you. Kingdom Come: Deliverance II will, unfortunately, not be released on PS4 and Xbox One.

The two platforms were thoroughly missing from pre-release marketing efforts for the game, which focused mainly on current-gen consoles.
KC:D2, much like its predecessors, seems to boast some fairly impressive technology that works hard to bring its world to life, so it’s fully possible that the technical limitations of the older console generation made it a no-go for developer Warhorse Studios.
While we have seen a few games arriving on Xbox One and PS4 after launching on current-gen, KC:D2 hasn’t currently announced plans to do so.
We’d wager that the chances of that happening in the future are very slim to non-existent, especially considering how the current-gen consoles have reached what might as well be the mid-point in their life cycles.
That is what you need to know about whether or not Kingdom Come: Deliverance II will release on the PS4 and Xbox One.
