Knights of Honor 2: Sovereign is the long-awaited sequel to one of the most appreciated strategy games of the early 2000s, putting players at the helm of a kingdom and tasking them with overseeing a multitude of aspects. Regardless if you count among the old guard or newer fans of the genre, you may be wondering if cheats might be available at launch.
Although it positions itself as a more accessible strategy game, Knights of Honor 2: Sovereign cheats would come in handy for players who might be struggling to grasp the game’s many systems. But while the original entry in the series launched during a time when inputting certain letter combinations yielded fruitful rewards, things seem to be a bit different in the sequel.

To put it bluntly, Knights of Honor II: Sovereign doesn’t seem to feature any cheats – in the traditional sense – at launch.

A couple of mods bring tweaks that currently represent the closest thing we have to Knights of Honor 2: Sovereign cheats.
If you head over to Nexus Mods, you’ll find mods that decrease the cost of workers or expanding building slots to 0.
Another mod makes it considerably less likely that old age kills off characters, letting them die to pesky spies or the inevitable outbreak of war.
Some players also feel that the sequel’s AI isn’t always playing fair and, if you’d like to level the playing field, a mod removes its resource boosts.
Are your provinces spawning with little to no unique resources? You can double the random spawn chance of settlement resources using this Better Settlements Mod.
These massive cannons wreak havoc on any opposing force attacking your settlements. The cannons mod will make you an unstoppable force.
Although Knights of Honor II: Sovereign doesn’t feature cheats at launch, we’re keeping our fingers crossed that developer Black Sea Games will take a page out of the Age of Empires IV book and add some in a post-launch update.
