Publisher and developer Frogwares is celebrating its 20th anniversary by giving away copies of action puzzler Magrunner: Dark Pulse.
Blending sci-fi with Lovecraftian elements, Magrunner: Dark Pulse is free on Steam until tomorrow, August 27 at 6 PM BST, anyone grabbing it during this period getting to keep it forever.
Released back in 2013, the game tells the story of Dax, one of several Magrunners equipped with a Magtech glove that allows them to “magnetically polarize and manipulate objects in the environment”.

Magrunner: Dark Pulse’s 40+ levels provide increasingly difficult puzzles that not only require you to find ingenious solutions but also test your reflexes.
While Magrunner: Dark Pulse is free on Steam, Frogwares is also hosting an anniversary sale that discounts its games. If you’re a fan of Sherlock Holmes, and not only, now’s a good opportunity to grow your library.
One title that, sadly, isn’t part of the sale is The Sinking City, which was removed from stores due to former publisher Bigben breaching contract terms.
