Metal: Hellsinger’s level list unsurprisingly sends you across several Hells, all filled with foes to slay while doing your best to line up your shots and actions with the beat of the metal tracks that accompany you.
Over the course of the game, you’ll see your fair share of decrepit caves, icy stretches, and even an industrial-themed boss room. Even with the scores of demonic enemies you must vanquish, there’s a sense of desolation that permeates Metal: Hellsinger’s level list. Here’s how many Hells you need to conquer before the credits roll.
Metal: Hellsinger Level List
Metal: Hellsinger’s level list is made up of nine chapters: one short tutorial level and eight fleshed-out Hells. Each level has its own theme and, over the course of the story, you get introduced to a host of new foes, as well as new weapons which you can use to blast them apart.
To sate your curiosity, these are the names of all the levels you can play through in the launch version of Metal: Hellsinger:
- Tutorial
- Voke
- Stygia
- Yhelm
- Incaustus
- Gehenna
- Nihil
- Acheron
- Sheol
The linear story requires that you beat the boss of the current Hell before you can progress to the next one.
In addition, you can revisit each level while applying Torments. These act as additional challenges that, when completed, unlock more difficult variants of themselves as well as Sigils which you can equip on the loadout screen before setting off.
While it might not be the longest first-person shooter out there, Metal: Hellsinger’s level list will keep you busy for a while providing a welcome change of scenery with each Hell.
