While some Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord mods add new features, others improve already existing ones. The Leadership Reloaded mod falls in the latter category.
As you can probably tell from its name, Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord’s Leadership Reloaded mod adds a couple of extra effects to the eponymous skill, making it a more attractive choice overall while also contributing to the realism of battles.
Bannerlord’s Leadership Reloaded mod gives you the ability to cheer while on the battlefield. Not only does this contribute to growing your Leadership skill, but it also boosts the morale of your troops. The higher your Leadership skill, the better its effects.

On the flip side, if you haven’t invested in your Leadership skill too much and try to raise your units’ morale when outnumbered, you might end up discouraging them.
If, like us, you’re already picturing yourself subduing Calradia by shouting aggressively at anyone crossing your path, this, sadly, is not the mod for it.
Mount and Blade II: Bannerlord’s Leadership Reloaded mod limits the number of times you can perform the action based on your overall Leadership skill level.
Subsequent updates have made it possible for AI commanders to also cheer, making their troops fight more fiercely in the process. The mod also makes it so that when a leader dies, their troops receive a morale penalty.
